8.2.1.  Support request

  1. By clicking on the Support request [Support Request] button, you will be asked whether additional information should be retrieved. As a rule, this is required, so click Yes.

    -> You will receive a confirmation that the file cns_support.zip has been placed on the desktop.

  2. Confirm with OK.

    -> The website cadenas.freshdesk.com opens.

  3. Click on Attachment, select the file cns_support.zip in the Explorer window and complete the form.

  4. Finally, click on Send [Submit].
